Looking to position yourself on Claude Code and AI automation inside a scale-up that's already successfully using the technology, not a greenfield experiment but an environment where your work actually gets adopted? For a Belgian RegTech scale-up in the Ghent region, we're looking for a freelance specialist to help scale their internal Claude Code practice. The client has already rolled out the technology internally, with proven use cases across sales, marketing and delivery (RFP answering, PDF/PPT/schema generation, transcript processing, mailbox handling). The question now: how do we go from a handful of internal champions to a broader team of around 15 colleagues, and how do we connect isolated use cases into end-to-end workflows across departments?

What you'll be doing

  • Map the current practice. Sit down with the internal champions to capture the methodologies, skills and patterns they use daily. What works, what's tacit, what should be shared.
  • Onboard and upskill around 15 colleagues. Hands-on support (Claude Code install, repo cloning, using existing skills), guidance on specific use cases and small knowledge-sharing sessions. Meet people where they are.
  • Keep the central repo healthy. Put lightweight processes in place for maintenance and collaboration, so the Obsidian-based knowledge base and skills stay usable as more people contribute.
  • Connect workflows across departments. From sales call to pre-sales material, custom demo, sales collateral, delivery kick-off and implementation, fed by customer material and meeting transcripts.
  • Set up recurring and triggered agents. For the most-used processes, build agents that run on a schedule or event (call recorded, mailbox to process). Natively in Claude/Anthropic, no third-party orchestration platforms for now.

Who we're looking for

  • Hands-on, with a genuinely high interest in Claude Code specifically (not just LLMs in general)
  • Comfortable with GitHub, skills, sub-agents, MCP servers and agentic patterns
  • A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys training and sharing knowledge
  • Independent profile, asks the right questions, and turns fuzzy needs into clear use cases
  • Fluent in Dutch or English, French is a plus
  • Affinity with B2B SaaS, RegTech or FinTech is an asset
  • Bonus: experience setting up scheduled or triggered agents in Claude (cron-style)
  • Bonus: a public builder track record around Claude Code, MCP or agentic AI (LinkedIn, blog, repos, talks)

  • Schedule: 2 to 3 days per week
  • Duration: 2 to 3 months

  • Selection: intake interview, possibly followed by a substantive assignment or pilot
